Video Editing
You can learn a great deal from video projects particularly when these projects are built up collaboratively. While working on videos, you are actually able to incorporate the use several other skills: writing, speaking, peer editing, collaborating, and a plethora of digital skills. Before the introduction of web 2.0 technologies, video softwares were costly and only people with advanced technical and video editing skills were able to use them.
1.) Animoto
Animoto is a great website. It allows users to create stunning videos using a simple process and without the need for advanced video editing knowledge. It also has app for both Android and iOS.
2.) Stupeflix
Stupeflix is another website you should consider when creating videos. It actually allows you to mix photos, videos and music to create awesome videos .It has a user friendly interface and is as simple as Animoto.
3.) Vimeo
This is more of a video community than a creation tool. You can use it to host and upload your videos to share with others.
4.) Xtranormal
This is a great website for making animated movies. It is one of my favorite and all you need to do is type your words and Xtranormal turns them into animated clips.
5.) Microsoft Cliplets
Microsoft Research Cliplets is an interactive app that gives users the power to create "Cliplets" -- a type of imagery that sits between stills and video, including imagery such as video textures and "cinemagraphs". The app provides a simple, yet expressive way to mix static and dynamic elements from a video clip.
6.) vReal
This is a video software that you can download into your computer. It lets you manage your videos, edit them and add effects before sharing them with others.
7.) Pixorial
Pixorial allows users to create videos, add titles, transitions, overlay text and music. It also has a unique feature which is that of storing videos in Google Drive.
8.) Viewbix
Viewbix lets you add interactive apps to your videos that engage viewers and drive calls to action.

This is a video service that allows users to tag people in videos. To use it, just drop your video file into the dropbox or paste your YouTube URL into the box and follow the rest of the instructions. When you are done you can share your final product on Facebook or Twitter.

- Copy the URL of an online video and paste it in The Mad Video. Any video from YouTube will work. The Mad Video will analyze the video and break it into scenes for easy tagging.
- To tag anything you want, you only need to drop the kind of tag you want (people, place, product, etc) onto the video's timeline, then enter in text, images, external links, maps, and more.
- Embedded on your site, or shared on a social network, your interactive video will show your tags wherever you place it. You can even share individual tags so viewers go right to that moment in your video!
